New Offering at Top-10 Lake

Grey Rock is set against the sweeping beauty of North Carolina’s Lake Lure, selected by National Geographic as one of the world’s most scenic man-made lakes.
Located on Lake Lure, one of National Geographic magazine’s picks as its 10 Most Scenic Man-Made Lakes in the World, the Grey Rock mountain community in Western North Carolina has opened 104 residential sites on the 760-acre lake. Approximately 65 percent of Grey Rock’s 4,000 Appalachian acres, located 15 miles northeast of Henderson, N.C., will be preserved by Land Resource Companies, developers of seven other communities in four states. Home sites average between one and a half to two acres, are priced from $89,000 to more than $500,000. Seven miles from Grey Rock, the 152-acre Old Orchard development sold 52 home sites during its grand opening and as of press time, had only 18 of the 70 lots remaining. They are priced from $69,900 to $250,000. For more information on Grey Rock, visit www.grey-rock.com or call (888) 510-5263.
